You did very well with the transcription! I would agree that the occupation of Christian Roth starts "Schloss_"; a locksmith is a Schlosser. The last letters are missing here, maybe missing in the fold. The actual birthdate is not readable. The date entry starts with the crossed-out "19. p. Trin." which was the 3 October 1717.

Thanks @Ulrich Neitzel. I can't find any reference to Unterhof, but certainly makes sense given the town was Oberhoffen! And yes, the birth date is blotched, but there seems to be a descending line coming out at the bottom, and given baptisms almost always appear to happen within 1-3 days of the birth here, I am guessing it was either 7 or 9 October -- but will add that as a note.
