Translation Request
I am looking for help in translating two documents I found on Archion.de. I will provide a link to Archion.de for the wedding record of my GGG Grandparents and the baptismal record for my GG Grandmother.

I'm looking for help in translating the entire document so that I don't misinterpret the information. Line 12 shows the date that the family immigrated to America. I have the passenger manifest that shows they arrived at Castle Garden in New York on 23 May 1853 so the 16 March 1853 date, I would guess was their departure date.

Hi,
If you have the Sturm family in the familysearch family tree, then you could tack on the documents as memories to their profiles and give us the ID numbers. Then we would not need to go into archion.de.
Sometimes the archion documents are refused at first but when you write a message asking for the document to be accepted, then it should work.

Bob, thank you so so very much for all your help. This is so incredible. It took me years to find the town of origin for the Sturm/Salow family (it was spelled Storm and Saler in records from where they settled in Iowa). I had a "watch" on the family for the past eight years and someone made a change to a record and it started me on the right path. Your information on Johann's and Marie's baptism (plus the translation of their marriage record) has helped me go further back. I was searching through so many records and just couldn't find their baptism. You are a blessing to me with all this help. I can't wait to share this information with my family.
