This one is a bit complex, but I think it translates like this -
1774 Edingen 28 February
Anna Elisabetha, daughter of Henrich Fitzler, wife of Jordan Hofmann of Ehringshausen, who is in Prussian service, her illegitimate son Johann Peter died at the age of 6 days and the other boy, a twin, died before baptism.

Wow, this is quite the story -
Born - Edingen, 22 Feb at 9pm
Baptized - 26 Feb in the school
Parents - Anna Elisabetha, daughter of Henrich Fitzler of Edingen, wife of Jordan Hofmann of Ehringshausen, who is in Prussian service, in his absence became pregnant by N;N [name unknown] and was [can't read - abge???] in the ducal consistory. On 22 Feb delivered 2 boys, of which one died 2 hours after birth.
Witnesses - Johannes Popp's wife from here
Child - Johann Peter, died 28 Feb 1774

whoa--(what is exactly meant by ducal consistory (a school ?? a religious servant in the church??)
The child who died first wasn't named??--found no other record

As to the child that died within two hours, it was apparently not named. Sometimes a record will indicate that the infant received an "emergency" baptism directly after its birth, usually in cases where it looked like the child would not survive, but nothing like this was noted in this record or in the death record for Johann Peter. Did you look for a death record on 26 February for this child?
I think the word I couldn't read is abgeurteilt, which means condemned or convicted. This would certainly fit with the function of the consistory.
