Each record is unique. There's no set formula as to how a death record is written.
Look at the record immediately above dated 11 January: Ludwig Jacob Henrich, a 45-year-old man died; there is no mention of a wife or if he is even married.
Women and children are typically identified in terms of their husbands and fathers.

Translation:
Greifenstein, on the 15th of February 1773, Johannes Peter Rompf's second wife Anna Margretha died, and was buried on the 17th of February 1773. Age: 57 years, 4 weeks.
Comment: zweÿte Ehefrau = second wife.

ohhh second wife. And so the wording lists the husband first followed by the death of spouse. How is the wording when the husband passes and the the wife is still alive. This is where i get confused.
