Need help with Latin!

These two links are for church records in Oberelchingen, Bayern. The first page gives a list of people who own graves in the church cemetery?

I don't need a word-for-word translation, but just a better idea of what's being described here. I've never seen this in other church records I've looked at, and I have marginal Latin skills.
