Am Freitag vor Pfingsten Lükes Ties ein Kind begraben, welches etliche Wochen zu früe in die Welt geboren Von der Bademutter in der Noth getauft worden, und darauff balde verschieden.

Translation:

On the Friday before Pentecost Lükes Ties buried a child who was born into the world several weeks too early, baptized by the midwife in an emergency, and soon died.
