No name for the wife, only the surname for the husband. Here's the translation -
On 25 March Jeguster's wife died after a lengthy illness. Wife's age was 47 years. Was buried 29 [March].

I think the name is also here actually "Jegustin"; the sentence reads "...starb des Jegustins seine Ehegattin..."
