Please Translate German Phrases
Hello, the attached snapshots include two or possibly three couples with the same names and who live in the same village; Konigswald, Bohemia, Austria (present day Czechia).
I'm unable to distinguish the difference between the couples and could use your help. The attached pages are snapshots of christening records of LDS film 4309718.
Specifically, I'm interested in Christian Waldter and his wife, Anna.
In this first snapshot dated 1736, Christian Waldter is a "bauer der ober allda," which may translate to "farmer of Upper-Konigswald."
Is this translation correct (Y/N)? If not, please translate.
In this second snapshot also dated 1736, Christian Waldter is a "bauer der nieder allhier," which may translate to "farmer of Lower-Konigswald."
Is this translation correct (Y/N)? If not, please translate.
Lastly, the snapshot dated 1744, shows that Christian Waldter is "hager jons bauer allhier," which I'm unable to translate. Please translate this phrase.
Thank-you!
