Before the undersigned civil registrar appeared today, recognized on the basis of his police registration, the magistrate's messenger Walter Kollwitz, residing in Magdeburg, Steinstrasse 6, and declared that the married Emma Auguste Kollwitz, nee Haberlund, residing in Hützel, Louis Jerikow II, born in Niegripp, married to the baker Adolf Kollwitz, died in Magdeburg in the residence of the informant on 11 January of the year 1922 in the morning at 3:45.

Thank you for letting me know the translation - I have a feeling, though, this may not be an ancestor of ours.
I have further documents pertaining to the Kollwitz line I am hoping you could also help me with. It was always thought that the Kollwitz family had a parcel of land in Wansen. Do the attached documents confirm this?

The cover page indicates that there is some sort of updating or revision of the property tax rolls going on. This particular document refers to Adolf Kollwitz, innkeeper in Wansen, in the administrative district of Gilgenburg, and the cadastral office in Soldau. This attests that the record is the most current available. Note - the word Wirth can mean either innkeeper or landlord.
The second image lists first the married couple Friedrich Kollwitz, innkeeper, and Amalia nee Dolega, both of Wansen, who bought the property on 2 June 1890, and the sale was recorded on 2 June 1890. Underneath that is the entry for Adolf Kollwitz, who bought the property on 2 May 190? and it was recorded on 4 May 190?. The writing for the year is faint, so it could be either 1903 or 1905, but before the 22 May 1906 date of the cover sheet. The last entry is in Polish, so I can't help you with that one, sorry.
The third image is a description of the property itself, but the first column is partially cut off, so it's difficult to make out the first words. The next column is the property number entry in the property tax register; then the next 3 columns are the size if the various parts of the property in hectares, Are, and meters; the next column lists the yield and value of the land. Column 1 as best as I can make it out as follows -
