    Rosine COFFINS who works at the hospital of HAGUENEAU says that yesterday (10th april of 1814) at 20:00, a baby was found in the court of the hospital. it is a boy and seems to be about 10 days old. on his cloth there's a paper with his name Jacob ROTH


    hagueneau is near the frontier between France and Germany . Jacob is in german or alsacian name and the french name is Jacques. so his registered name is Jacques, not Jacob
