Translation:
Born on the 29th [of July] and [baptized] on the 31st of July Wilhelm Heinrich Hecker, legitimate son of Christian Hecker and Christina Aschenbroich, spouses and married at Hoosten [Hoisten]. Godparents are Heinrich Kamps from Speck and Catharina Huberts called Stübben from Helpenstein.

You're welcome, Patricia. I read the place as Stasdorf, but I can't find such a place in Meyers Gazetteer.

Oh ok. It says something after it 'famlata in Hoisten' so maybe it's still Hoisten.
