Not easy, here is what I can discern:
Annus 1689, Mensis, Dies 11 9bris = 1689, November 11
Infans Anna = child Anna
Parentes Petrus Jelin ed Anna Brunn__ = parents Peter Jelin and Anna Brunn__?
___? patria de Inglikofen = from Indlekofen
Patentes Conradus Tin__? ed Dorotha Felsin = Godparents Conrad Tin__? and Dorotha Fels(in)
___? patria de Ober-Ey__weyl ed Inglikofen = from Ober-Ey__weyl and Indlekofen
Sacerdos __? = Priest ___?

I guess the two villages correspond to the two godparents, one (Conrad?) comes from Ober-.... and the other (Dorotha?) from Indlekofen.
I don't see Oberalpfen. It seems that the place name ends on -weyl which may by -wihl in modern spelling. But I can't find a fitting name on the Meyers map.

Thank you so much. I really appreciate this.
Is it possible that the "Ober=" refers to the nearby village of Oberalpfen?
Related families did live in Oberalpfen.
And could the next word refer to another nearby village, such as Etzwihl, Wihl, Hechwihl, or one of the several others ending in "wihl" -- they are all close by. I don't know why it would list two villages, so perhaps it is something other than the name of village.
Thank you, Ulrich. You are always so kind to provide translations.
