Translation request for Nußdorf, Landau, Pfalz, marriage record for Schneider and Wiedel
I have six marriage records for this couple, I think some of them are proclamations/banns; however I cannot tell which are proclamations/banns and which are actual marriage dates/records. In all of the records the surnames of the couple are spelled about "Schneider" and "Wiedel"; however in the one I am attaching dated 6 February 1690, the groom's translation is "Friedrich Schmir Wülle" - even though the script looks like "Friederich Schneider + another word". That last word also follows his father's name. The bride's translation is Anna Catharina Widel - even though the script looks like Anna Catharina Wiedel. The dates for the other marriage records are 16 January 1690 and 28 January 1690 and three only have the year 1690. The record dated 16 January 1690 looks very similar to the one I am attaching, and I will send it in a following request.
May I please have an exact translation with any of your insights?

"Friedrich Schmir Wülle" is an incorrect translation.
In this record the groom's surname "Schneider" is hyphenated across two lines as: Schnei- / der.
Here is a translation of the information in the column for the groom and the bride:
Friederich Schneider, Valten Schneider's legitimate unmarried son. Anna Catharina, Hans Georg Wiedel's legitimate unmarried daughter.

Year, month, day: Proclamations on Sexagesima Sunday and Quinguagesima Sunday. Married on 6 February [1690].
Groom/Bride: Friederich Schneider, Välten Schneider's legitimate unmarried son. Anna Catharina, Hans Georg Wiedel's legitimate unmarried daughter.
Groom's parents: Hanß Välten Schneider, deceased, former council man at Nussdorf. Appollonia, née Erhardt, from Nussdorf.
Bride's parents: Hanß Georg Wiedel, citizen and cooper from Landau? Margaretha, née Boden?, from Nussdorf.

You can see how variable spelling can be in this record. Even though the scribe recorded the brides surname as Wiedel, it looks like the brides father signed the record as "Johann Georg Wittel". So always be on the lookout for spelling variations that are phonetically similar.

P.S. In 1690:
Sexagesima Sunday was on 29 January 1690.
Quinquagesima Sunday was on 5 February 1690.
And the couple married on Monday, 6 February 1690.

Regarding the first two images, the indexing is simply atrocious.
With respect to the third image with date 28 Jan 1690, please go to image 19 of 120 on the digitized film, where the title of this book of records is: Designatio Proclamandorum = Designation of Proclamations.
Your record of interest with date 28 Jan 1690 (on image 84) is granting the couple permission to announce their proclamations and to marry. This was granted on Saturday, 28 Jan 1690.
Creating a time line from all three records this is what took place:
28 Jan 1690: Permission to post/announce proclamations and to marry granted.
29 Jan 1690 (Sexagesima Sunday): First marriage proclamation posted/announced.
5 Feb 1690 (Quinquagesima Sunday): Second marriage proclamation posted/announced.
6 Feb 1690 (Monday): The couple married.

Would you look at this record translated as 16 January 1690 which is very similar to the last record? Either the day should be "6" instead of "16" or possibly a proclamation/bann?

I read the dates in this record the same as in the previous record you posted:
Proclamations on Sexagesima Sunday [29 January 1690] and Quinquagesima Sunday [5 February 1690].
Marriage date: 6 February 1690.
I'm curious: Where are you finding these translations?
