Looking for the record on the top right, with Jacob Friederich Bechtel. Especially info regarding his wife. Is there a marriage date? I can read the children names, but what does it say after the 1st one?

The marriage date is given in the line above the wife's name:

The wife is Maria Sophia, born 17 March 1722 in Boll. Her parents: Johann Jacob Seitz, "Spa master" (Bademeister) in the __ spa in Boll (died 1733) and Susanna née Beyler from ?retheim near Memmingen.
Boll (https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10204064) is municipality in Württemberg where hot springs were discovered in 1595 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bad_Boll).
I read the word after the entry of son Johann Georg Friderich as "Batavia". Batavia is the old name for Jakarta, Indonesia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Batavia,_Dutch_East_Indies) I am not sure if this is meant here.
