This is basically a to-do list for the officials.
Item 1 says that a copy of [document] Nr. 8861 is to be made and to be inserted under fol. 6.
Item 2 is more unclear because of the writing and abbreviations used. It has to do with the way the taxes and obligations associated with the Fr. Wilh. Jacobitz property Gruenau #6 as listed under fol. 7 are to be paid. I think they may want another document copied.
The note on the bottom left says that fol. 5, 6, and 7 are to be carried out.
Without having access to the record set as a whole it’s hard to know exactly what the clerk is talking about.

When you post it, I belive the options are "ask a question" or "new discussion". Please see https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/150047/request-on-how-to-post-as-a-discussion.

Yes, but you have to search for "Ask a Question" because it is not the default.
At the German community home page to the right of the heading "Discussions" you will see a blue box with the words "New Discussion". Note the downward pointing triangle next to these words. Click on the triangle and a drop-down menu will appear. Select "Ask a Question". "Ask a Question" gives you the opportunity to accept the response(s) to your question or translation request. "New Discussion" does not give you the opportunity to accept the response.
