Mathias Eisenring v(on) Lautrach b(ei) Bregenz, Wirth in Töös
Anna Leber v(on) Dürrheim o/a (Oberamt) Villingen, Baden
As the Lautrach in Germany is not really "near Bregenz", I assume we are talking about Lauterach (todays spelling) - see https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lauterach_(Vorarlberg).
Mathias Eisenring is mentioned as inn keeper in "Töös" - as the entry is in Winterthur, I assume this is (todays spelling) Töss, today part of Winterthur.
https://hls-dhs-dss.ch/famn/index.php?lg=e tells us that in 1896 an Eisenring line from Austria gained citizenship of Winterthur. You'll find this confirmed in the following council minutes: https://www.archives-quickaccess.ch/stazh/rrb/ref/MM%203.10%20RRB%201896/0883.
You'll find Lauterach records on https://data.matricula-online.eu/de/oesterreich/vorarlberg/lauterach/ (freely accessible). However, Johann Mathias was not baptised there … possibly he was already born in Winterthur(?): check if you find a suitable baptismal entry.
You are welcome to start a topic on Eisenring in Wintherthur on https://www.geneal-forum.com/ where it will be seen by a large number of Swiss resident researchers. Registration is free and without obligation - and English is fine.

Hello Susanne,
For the groom I read: Lautrach bei Bregenz (which is located in Austria): https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lauterach_(Vorarlberg) Note that Lautrach is the earlier name for the place now called Lauterach. It appears his occupation is "Wirth in Töös" = innkeeper in Töös. I couldn't find a place called Töös in or close to Winterthur.
For the bride I read: Dürrheim, Villingen, Baden: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10387007

Second thought: if you cannot find the baptismal entry in Winterthur - contact the Winterthur City Archive and/or the Zürich State Archive. They should have the original naturalisation records - which likely will include the place of birth.
