Please help with names

Hi,

I am trying to decipher the names on this baptism record. The family surname is Schemmer but there appears to be an additional surname. I know when farms were passed down, the family would take on the name of the farm. Maybe this was the case?

In the first column I read: Gerhard Meerkamp, called Schemmer, Elisabeth Tewes.

In the third column I read: Joan Meerkamp, called Schöler/Schuler, Maria Stackmann, called Tewes.
