Translation Request - Comment on Illegitimate Birth Record

When posting a snippet, it's always helpful to post a full image with it, to give a broader context for the handwriting, and also to give the url where the record is found.
In this instance, the first part of the given entry says "Großvater d. Kindes ist d. hiesiger Pfarr??? ???." This translates to "The grandfather of the child is the local parish??? ???." Sorry, I can't make out the last part of the Pfarr?? word, nor the word following it, which might be the surname of the grandfather.

The last word is most likely to be the surname "Neumöge".
Since the child was illegitimate, he/she took the mother's surname "Neumöge" and the mother's father would also be "Neumöge". Thus the note is referring to the child's maternal grandfather.
I, too, cannot make out the full word at the end of the second line: Pfarr_____?
I've tried several historical sources and couldn't find any likely candidates.

Thank you for your translation and for your instructions about the snipet. Your translation of this comment is sufficient to prove to me that finding the father's name will not be likely. This family was rather small and short lived.
I will make a better posting for the future and looking for the grandfather information.
Thanks.
Leslie
