Is this an adoption record?

Hello-I am looking for someone to translate portions ( poor quality image) of this Notary Record to determine if it is an adoption record. I am hoping to understand the names of the parties involved and at least an understanding of whether it is an adoption record. I have searched various digital images from different sources and the best one I could find is attached. I think the names are Charles Perreault and Alexandre Couillard. The child's name might be Marie Archange. Thanks in advanced if you can help even a little bit.
