Here's the translation of #11 at the bottom of the page -
1820, 27 July 11 am were blessed in marriage here in Emmendingen, Heinrich Konrad Hederle, who according to the Baden Grand-Ducal Court Freyburg judgement dated 22 March 1820 No. 1848, was divorced from his first wife, but thereby also received permission to marry again, citizen and master turner here, and Johanne Sybille Eberlin, unmarried legitimate daughter of the deceased Martin Eberlin citizen and tailor here and the deceased Joh. Sybille nee Kilhauer, born 26 Feb 1787. Witnesses were: Konrad Eberlin, citizen and tailor*, Christian Steinhäusler, citizen and shoemaker, church censor**.
*The other record identifies his as the bride's brother.
**Thode's German-English Gen. Dictionary says a "Kirchencensor" was a guardian of morals.
It would be interesting to find that judgment from March 1820, but you'll probably have more luck finding Heinrich's first marriage in the church records.

thank you so much for this translation
The original translation recorded the 22 March 1820 date as the groom birthdate
(it is hard to get married when you are only 4 months old)
