Please help with translation of note next to birth record - 1839 Graudenz
Attached is a copy of the birth record for Johann Friedrich to Friedrich Kaiser and Anna Bohm. I am wondering if you might be able to decipher what the note to the left of the birth record says (right under the town name of Benduga). I believe both child and mother died - perhaps the note eludes to that?
Thank you for your help!
Susanne

The image quality is rather poor and hard to read. Here is what I can decipher:
Gehört unter die Geborenen
des Kalman(?) Kr. - Ist dort
__ ____? Be__ __?
erhält daher hier keine Nummer
It seems that the birth is/should be recorded in a different parish or county; it is therefore not counted here. Note that the number is 149 for the record above and 150 for the record below.

Thank you very much for taking a stab at this. Your information is very enlightening. It's no wonder then that I can't find any information on the parents in this parish before the birth of this child - if they lived elsewhere. I have a Friedrich Kaiser, widower, getting married in 1841 (two years later) in that parish who is my ancestor.
There is a city Culm/Kulm near. From what you can see, do you think there's any chance that the words may be in reference to that town or Kreis? des Culmes Kr. ?
Thanks!!
Susanne
