Pious and honorable Agnes Jussehoven nee Schwidden from Weikhoven, born in Dornmagen in child birth asserting that the midwife was dead in the womb, she died leaving many offspring at the age of 38 - mother nun 6 years old properly protected

Translation:
On the 17th of March [1777] the pious and honorable Agnes Jüssenhoven, called Schwidden, from Weckhoven, born in Dornmagen [Dormagen], died in childbirth according to the midwife, leaving many children behind, aged 38, married 16 years, provided with the last rites.
