Translation Request for a Marriage Record

I am looking for a translation request for a marriage entry of my GGG grandparents, Martin Klug and Caroline Stiemann from Wronke, Posen, Prussia. They have two entries in the marriage book, one in 1827, which I had translated this week, and this one in 1829 (shown here). They are entry #9 on the record. I am hoping that the translation will help give insight into why they are listed twice or if this is another couple with the same names?? Thank you!
