Here's the translation -
Johann Christoph, Johann Christoph Bechmann's, resident and head of the treasury here, third little son from another marriage, was born on 29 May in the evening at 10 o'clock and baptized on the 31st of the same month. Godparents were 1) Martin Schmidt resident of Pörnitz, 2) Johann Heinrich Könitz(er?) resident and innkeeper here, and 3) Mrs. Anna Elisabeth, wife of Johann Nicol Röberlein resident here.
Note - there's a death date of 28 Sept 99 directly above Johann Christoph's name. It's unclear whether this refers to him or the record directly above it.
Also, the surname here is spelled Bechmann rather than Pechmann, but this is not unusual since B's and P's were often interchanged and may be sorted together in alphabetical lists.

Thank you @sylviaelchinger1
I did find his death in the funeral records for 1799! Thank you!
Their name in the 1700s/1800s has been going back and forth between Bechmann and Pechmann in the records.
