Given that the mother's maiden names are completely different (not just a spelling variation of something similar) I'd say that they are probably not the same Johannes. Maybe look for another marriage record for the father? Or a death record for another Johannes? It's not uncommon for parents to reuse a given name when the first child of that name has died before the next child appears.
