I have a marriage record giving the father of the bridegroom. Please see the marriage record in green starting with "Henrich Rötker". I can't tell if Henrich is the son or the father.

Another similar record, highlighted in green, starts with "Herman Rötgers". Again, I can't tell which is the father and which is the son.

Can you shed some light on these records for me? Thank you!

The specification is in both cases Hermann Rötgers Henrichs Sohn (in the first one with the Latin word filius for Sohn). The genitive -s on Henrich means "of Henrich", so I would conclude that Hermann Rötgers is the son of Henrich [Rötgers].
