Not yet, but that's okay! The letters are mostly the same as in English, but they're written differently in the old German script, so learning the script is kind of like learning a language--German aside! As with any language, it just takes a lot of practice 😊 If you think you can read a small part of the record--you've got the first name already and clearly recognize the surname too--then you can put what you know or think in your question and ask for confirmation/correction along with a translation, and that'll help you build your old German handwriting reading skills. The records you are posting follow the same format, which helps a lot with figuring out where the (in this case) deceased person is listed, where the spouse, where the number of children, etc.
I've written both the transcription and translation below; looking at the transcription and comparing it with the words in the record will help you begin to recognize words and letters.

heurathet an den hiesigen Bürger Daniel Brandt, und hat
mit demselben 7 Kinder, nemlich 4 Söhne und 3 Töchter ge=
zeugt, wovon noch 1 Sohn und die 3 Töchter am Leben sind. Alt
68 Jahr und 5 Wochen.
Translation:
Magdalena Brandt, legitimate daughter of the former resident in Leck, Johan Nissen and Catharina Nissen. She was married with the local citizen Daniel Brandt, and had with him 7 children, namely, 4 sons and 3 daughters begotten, of whom still 1 son and the 3 daughters are living. Age 68 years and 5 weeks.
From the left-hand column: She died on 7 April 1806 and was buried on 12 April 1806.
