Research question
I just had this image shared with me on a different genealogy website. It looks very much to be a screen shot from Family Search. I have tried to find this resource material on FS by myself, but haven't had any luck, due to my inexperience. If anyone can help me with this , it would be wonderful. If it is a better idea for me to try going with an online interview via appointment, please advise. Any and all guidance is greatly appreciated!

I used the Catalog search function on familysearch and found it here:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS86-31?i=60&cat=342727
I searched for: Wunsiedel first with no luck, then Grafenreuth and it showed up as the only film available online. (Geschlechterbuch der Stadt Marktredwitz).

While it may well have been microfilmed by FamilySearch, that doesn't necessarily mean that it is available on FamilySearch.org from home. It could be a restricted record (due to copyright issues or the contract with the provider). It is also VERY possible that it was microfilmed but not indexed.
Have you tried asking the person who shared the image with you for more details? It certainly looks like a book and those usually are not indexed to be searchable by names within the book.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I have found my family's origins in Bayern, without a doubt. Robert Seal, the link you provided opened the door into our past. How wonderful to learn more about this very complicated set of family relationships. Very grateful to all of you here in this group.
