You're right about Adam, I missed the first line because I thought it was part of the previous record. The words after the month (at the beginning of the record) refer to the time of death. There is no "nachgelassen" in any of these three records.
Corrected translation -
On the 1st of February, in the afternoon after 4pm, died the master mason Adam Buseck of St. Georgen, 54 years, 6 months, and 12 days, died and was buried on the 3rd of the same month.
Date of birth, based on the information in the death record, would be March 19 or 20, 1752, depending on whether the Julian or Gregorian calendar was in use at the time.
Here's a link to a date calculator, so you can do this yourself - https://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadd.html.

Isn't the month of death for Adam Buseck February? also are the words after the month the "left behind" reference?
What would the approximate birth date be based on the death date?
The records before 1760 are not available to search for his birth. Thank you for your help.
