Middle column:

Maria Adelheid

Parents: Johan Bernd Dennig* called Kohler, Maria Margareta Kohler

Sponsors: Maria Adelheid Dennig, Maria Adelheid Thedieck, Bernd Brüwer

Last 2 columns: a little daughter

*Note: The fathers surname (Dennig?) is difficult to decipher and he has adopted the farm name Kohler after marrying Maria Margareta Kohler.

You are welcome. I did forget the umlaut however. The correct surname is Köhler.
