Hello Carol,
Based on the word "A[n]onymus" in the second column, this is a male child. (If it were a female child, the word would be "Anonyma".)
The Latin word "anonymus" = stillborn/unnamed male. The Latin word "anonyma" = stillborn/unnamed female.
The seventh column: received an emergency baptism from the midwife and died one half hour thereafter.
If you have access to Ancestry, here is the link to the Family Register for this family: https://www.ancestry.com/discoveryui-content/view/1520625:61389
The family is on the left page. This child is no. 13 in the list of children at the bottom of the record and is identified as "Anonymus". Also note that the mother, Magdalena (Weber) Bozler, died on the same day as this child: 16 January 1851.
