Gerach, on the 3rd of February were married the honest young man [bachelor] Sebastian Kiser, son of the deceased Sabastian Kiser and his wife Maria [from] Stierbach [?] in the territory of Mainz and the widow Eva Theobald [from] Hollenbach. Witnesses were Georg Linck and Peter Reuter, Married by Johann Michael Scheffer, local priest.
Identifying the two localities, Stierbach [?] and Hollenbach, will be key to tracing the family back further.

Looking at the old 1729 map on this page:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electorate_of_Mainz
It appears that this Stierbach may have been part of the Electorate of Mainz:

There is an Affhöllerbach to the North of this Stierbach but that might be coincidental.
Here is a nearby Höllerbach that also appears to have been part of the Electorate of Mainz

It looks like the Steinbach near Hollerbach is the answer. I have been able to find the marriage of Maria Eva Schoffer Theobold in FHL 1050308 Katholische Kirche Hollerbach (Roman Catholic parish register of Hollerbach, Baden, Germany. Includes Oberneudorf, Steinbach and Rumpfen. Annual masses for the dead, baptisms, marriages, deaths, confirmations.)

Sounds great! I would follow up with a search of the death record for Mr. Theobald prior to the 1701 marriage.

I have not been able to find it yet, have looked in records of Hollerbach and Neckgerach but will continue to look.
