I guess it's at least partly a German translation question

Over in the Austria-Hungary group, I asked a question about a German-language document from Transylvania: https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/151926/what-did-he-get#latest

As I said in a comment, I posted there rather than here because Transylvania ain't even remotely Germany, but I guess step one is the words: am I reading them right, and how do you say that in English? (Or in Hungarian?)

I can read in the Austria-Hungary Group but not post there, so I make my comment here.

Your transcription is quite correct. It is rather difficult or even impossible to get the meaning without knowing the context, or at least see the whole page. The questionable letter between the two namings of Nagy-Rapolt could be an "s." or "f.", possibly an abbreviation of "siehe" (cf.) or "für" (for).

The word in brackets is clearly "Gut" which in this context could mean manor, estate.
