This 1816 record from the Eidinghausen Church appears to be a death record for an individual on August 8th, 1816, age 46 at residence #25. I am confused in that the names of Johann Heinrich Wilhelm Stiegmann and his wife Anna Maria Charlotte geb. Paulsmeyers as well as her parents are mentioned. The age of 46 years is not consistent with the husband's age. The birth date for his wife may be uncertain. Is the death record for the wife?
