Please translate this marriage record: Peter Heinrich Horstmann and Anne Margrethe Ilsabein Bokerman
Please help me with the translation of this marriage record for Peter Heinrich Horstmann and Anne Margrethe Ilsabein Bokerman. The record is found on Film #473664, frame 261, entry #3. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS8N-V9Z5-5
I have been able to glean the names and marriage date and place. There are some notes in the margin and above Peter's name that I cannot read. I think their parents' names are in there somewhere as well.
Thanks for your help. Robin Stromberg

Translation:
Residence: Stedefreund 34
Marriage Date: February 9
Married: Peter Henrich Horstman, prospective Arrs(?) Bockerman, legitimate son of the late farmer Henrich Jacob Horstman in the "Bauerschaft" Diebrok, with Anne Margarethe Ilsab[ein] Bokermanns legitimate daughter of Henrich Bokermans, Arrsöder(?) on Stedefreund
Age: <groom:> 25 [years], <bride:> 21 [years]. <note:> has left Stedefreund after _? _? and __ to Elferdiß[en] __? adopted again his family name Horstman.
Comment:
I can't make sense of the status which looks like Arrsöder, both for the bride's father and for Peter Henrich. This is probably a term specific for this region. In this area men who married into a farm usually adopted the name of farm; this is probably why he is called the "prospective Arrsöder Bockerman". Eventually he did not move into this place and retook his original family name Horstman.
