What is the grandmother's surname?
I've found the births/baptisms for eight children of Baron Thavonat and his wife Eleonora in the palace/castle of Sachsengang (just outside the Vienna city limits). They're all those wonderful German registers that give not just the parents, but the grandparents.
They're also all those awful German registers that I Can't Read.
In particular, I cannot for the life of me figure out the maternal grandmother's surname. More than half of the children had a godmother with the same name, so I have a full baker's dozen of examples. It doesn't help.
My transcriptions (such as they are) can be seen in the (chronologically) first eight sources on Mom's profile (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/sources/GWB4-HSV).
Here are the eight links:

I've figured out that it begins with U- and ends with -berg and is rather long. That's it. What the heck is this name?
(Bonus question: what's grandpa's position/occupation? What has he got to do with Hungary? The only part that I can consistently make out is "Nobilis Hungariæ".)

If you google "von Unckhrechtsberg" (with or without "c") you get a number of hits, e.g. for a monk and . astronomer Eduard Ritter von Unkhrechtsberg.
The grandfather Johann Ritter von Stettner has the epithet "österreichisch böhmisch mährischer Landstand, Nobilis Hungariae" which indicates that he belonged to the nobility of that area (Austria Bohemia Moravia Hungary).
For Landstand see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Landst%C3%A4nde
