This is the marriage record for my 4th great grandparents! The record is from Weltwitz, but I am wondering if the 2nd column says that they were married in Dreba where the bride lived?

Name of the bride: Maiden Wilhelmine Christiane Rosine Rudolphine, surviving second daughter of the late Joachim Rudolph, former neighbor and inhabitant in Dreba
