OK, here's the rest of the translation, as much as I can make out the handwriting -
...permission from the district physician was buried Anna Maria, nee Hennin* of Oberneudorf, up till now wife of Franz Anton Blatz, citizen and Kronenwirth [innkeeper at the Crown]in Oberneudorf. Witnesses to the death and burial were Johann Grimm, citizen and day laborer, and Johann Adam [can't read], citizen and linen weaver, both from Oberneudorf.

*The -in ending on the maiden name is a feminine suffix and not part of the surname. That might mean that the maiden name is Henn, but sometimes when the surname ends with an "e," that last letter gets dropped before the feminine suffix is added. So the surname might be Henne.
