What does the line after #20 say ? What is its meaning ?

Hello Leslie, You are correct about one twin being stillborn.

The dittos in the first Line 21 indicate the same parents as listed on line 20. The two dates (both 21 October) on entry 20 are the birth and baptism dates. On entry 21 there is only one date for the birth date and no baptism date. The last column for entry 21 says "todtgeborene sohn" (stillborn son).

todtgeborene Sohn: stillborn son (of the same parents as Wilhelm's).

I assume the middle column is birth and baptism, which is why there are two dates for Wilhelm and Christian Friedrich, but just one for the stillborn baby (who would not have a baptism date).
