this is what I read:

In the year 1845, June 10 at 4 AM was born in Mudau, and baptized in the evening 5 o'clock in the local church by the higly praised vicar Hellinger: Margaretha, the legitimate daughter of the citizen and carter Franz Anton Blatz here and his wife Eva Barbara Waltenberger.

Godfather is: Maria Ottolia Englert.

Witnesses are: Anton Schmitt blacksmith and Franz Schürrmann day laborer, both citizens here.
