What does it say happened in 1863?
This started as an episode of Someone Is Wrong On The Internet (specifically on Ancestry). (Come to think of it, this entire hobby of mine started that way... Nevermind.)
Someone on Geni thinks that this 1843 birth/baptism (https://data.matricula-online.eu/de/oesterreich/wien/probstdorf/01-04/?pg=166) in the Probstdorf that's just outside Vienna is for the same Johanna Thavonat who was married to the older Albert Szent-Györgyi (great-uncle to the famous one).
I know precious little about her; there's a noble families compilation that claims a marriage date of 1887 (but it gets her surname wrong), and I know she died after January 1895 but before 1920. Thus, it's especially frustrating to me that I Cannot Read This [derogatory adjectives omitted] Handwriting. In particular, I cannot make heads or tails of what it says in that note about 1863.
Help?
What (I think) I've figured out is in the Notes field for the attached source on her profile (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/sources/L5BF-YND).

Here comes what I can read of the note:
NB: Der Kindesvater Thomas etc. Ritter Thavonat von Thavon wurde laut Note der G.S. Statthalterei __ 12. August 1863 Z.32.765 mit Allerhöchster Entschließung dto 11. Februar 1862 in den Oesterreichischen Freiherrenstand erhoben, und die Verbesserung(?) mit Gen. Konsist. Auftrag dto 2. 7ber 1863 Nro. 9104 geschehen(?).
Translation:
Note: The child's father Thomas etc. Ritter Thavonat von Thavon was raised to Austrian baronetcy with Most High Resolution dated 11. February 1862 according to the note of the G.S.(?) Governorate of 12. August 1863 [No.] Z.32.765 , and the correction(?) was done with the Order of the Consistory General dated 2 September 1863, Nro. 9104.
It seems that the note explains the adding of "Freiin Thavonat von Thavon" (Baroness Th. v. Th.) to the name of the child.
