Help with translation of baptism record
Would appreciate some help with this. I can figure out the basics, but looking for help with godparents and locations. Much appreciated!

Translation:
On the 15th day of the month of September in the daughter church of St. Martin in the place Einselthum an infant of Georg Hornbach, teacher and judicial clerk at Einselthum, and Clara, married couple, born on the same day, was baptized and given the name Johann Christoph. He was lifted [at the baptism] by Johann Christoph Behren, parish priest at Cell [possibly Zell] and Einselthum, and baptized by R.D. Gudisalvus?, Capuchin from Grünstadt.
