Translation Request of death record for Joseph Rumler #88
I am needing help with translating this death record. I can only make out the name Josef Rumler. I am not sure if it is his death record or the record for one of his children. It is the first entry on the page #88.

The next two columns (burial date and decedent) are combined into a single paragraph which reads as follow:
On the 14th of November [1843] from Wittgendorf the cottager and master tailor Josef Rumler's emergently-baptized son was buried, [he] died on the 12th at 6:30 am soon after receiving an emergency baptism.
Age: [blank].
Civil status: male.
House number: 109.
Remarks: emergently-baptized son.
My comment: New-born infants who were in danger of dying were frequently given emergency baptisms so they wouldn't die unbaptized. This is the case with this male child. If he was given a name, it was not recorded in this record. You can assume that the child was born on 12 November 1843, and died soon after birth.
