If anyone could please help with translating the death records for Franziska Rummler # 76 and Joseph Delitsch #77. They are the first two entries on the page.

Translation of record 76:
Number of the burial: 76.
Burial day: 4 November 1840.
Decedent: from Wittgendorf the cottager and master tailor Josef Rumler's wife named Franziska, née Kirchner, was buried, [she died] on the 31st of October 1840 at 9:00 am from tuberculosis.
Age: 39.
Civil status: female.
House number: 109.
Remarks: tuberculosis [= cause of death].
Translation of record 77:
Number of the burial: 77.
Burial day: 26 November 1840.
Decedent: from Wittgendorf the inhabitant and tailor Josef Delitsch's daughter Johanna Joseffa was buried, [she] died on the 24th of this month from whooping cough.
Age: 5 weeks. [Note that the age is actually written at the end of the record in the preceding column, rather than in the "Age" column.]
Civil status: female.
Remarks: whooping cough [= cause of death].
