Transcription and translation req, Elenora Streich marriage record

(Per the recently posted guidelines, I'm posting this as an "Ask a Question".)

I want to get a transcription and translation of a couple of the marriage records from this 1812 Lutheran church record from the Momehnen area, East Prussia. I've pasted the entire page for context and at as high of resolution as possible, but I can repost close-ups if needed. The parts I actually need transcribed and translated are 1) the headers, 2) entry 9 (Elenora Streich & ___ Werner) - my 4th gg parents (I think), and also 3) entry 7 (Catharina Streich & ?) - a possible indirect ancestor. (I realize that you might not be able to get everything, as the handwriting is pretty scribbly even by the standards of old German church records.) Thanks again for all your help!

Translation of record no. 7:

Name of the village: Langmichels.

Number: 7.

Bachelor with Maiden: 4 [meaning of the seven marriages which took place this year, this is the fourth marriage which took place between a bachelor and a maiden].

Those married in the year 1812: on the 16th of November the servant/farmhand Fried[rich] ________?, 26 years old, with Catharina Streich, 24 years old, the mayor's daughter at Langmichels at Gerdauen were married. 7½ gl [possibly the fee paid to the officiating cleric].

Number: 9.

Bachelor with Maiden: 6.

Those married in the year 1812: on the 6th of December the servant/farmhand Mich[ael] Werner, 26 years old, with Elenora Streich, 22 years old, by Mr. Pastor S_____? at Molthainen here were married. 7½ gl.

Tugendreich is not found in Meyers Gazetteer. I found this place listed in Kartenmeister; here is the link to the entry for Tugendreich: http://www.kartenmeister.com/preview/City.asp?CitNum=9319

Note that in the "Remarks" section of the entry are the comments that Tugendreich was close to Schellenberg (Gross Schellenberg) and was demolished in about 1825.

Thank you so much for all of this information! I was having a difficult time interpreting it - the name underlined at first seemed to be different from my 4th ggf, Michael Werner, but I see that the first word was his occupation. I couldn't figure out that initial word at all - I tried matching the initial letter against German handwriting guides and never guessed that it was a 'K'. (I was thinking maybe 'H', but couldn't place a name that matched it.)

And thank you for locating 'Tugendreich'. I was thinking 'Jugendreich', but found nothing in the way of a matching place name in Meyers or a Google search. 'Gross Schellenberg' certainly fits, since I have record of several other of my Werner ancestors coming from that village. I haven't been able to locate a birth record for Michael Werner in Gross Schellenberg or anywhere around Momehnen, though, but Molthainen is a valuable clue. That's in the parish of Arklitten, so I'll definitely have a look through church records there.
