Please translate 1828 record from Tilsit
I believe the father in this record, Johann Flachsberger, might be an ancestor of mine, but I cannot make out what it says in order to truly verify. I would appreciate the highlighted portion of the record translated, and I've included the full page for reference.
Thank you very much in advance!

Here's as much as I can make out -
Street - Stiftstrasse
Running number of all births - 37
Running number of legitimate females - 14
Names of the parents, child, and witnesses -
Father - Master Flachsberger, Joh[ann] [Schneid?]
Mother - Eleon[ora?] nee [Delchau?]
Child - Pauline Mathilde, born February XV, baptized [February] 28
Witnesses - Mr. Carl Post, Mrs. [Klebund?], Miss Gohl
Note - because of the ink and handwriting, it's hard to determine some of the surnames. Also, the "Schneid" after the father's name may be short for Schneider = tailor, or It might also be interpreted as Schmid = blacksmith.
