Translation request please - Information added to a 1895 marriage record
My ancestor was married in 1895 and there is some additional information that was added in 1909. I can see the names and dates and would love to know what else it says.

The shorter one says "Next to this one syllable crossed out. The Civil Registrar, by proxy Queck." They usually add something like this when words are crossed out of preprinted forms, to make sure everyone knows this was done on purpose.
The second one says -
By the decree from the royal court in Konitz [can't read], which became legally binding on 15 June 1909, the marriage between Karl Friedrich Wilhelm [Siog?] and Emilie Auguste Friederike nee Völzke, is dissolved.
