Hello, I need translations of the following items:

1.) Marriage date of Hans Walter and Elisabeth Lobel shown towards the bottom of the page.

2.) Residences of Hans Walter and Elisabeth Lobel.

3.) The residence of Georg (son) and Christoph (father) Ruhr as shown on the marriage record dated November 18. The residence appears to be Hinterlassen(?) but I'm unable to confirm the village through www.genteam.at.

4.) Martin Hicke is shown in the marriage record dated November 4. I've noticed that, in other citations, the name 'Hicke' is interchanged with Hiecke and Hucke (the 'u' has double dots over it). German is not my first language. Can you explain how Hiecke and Hucke are the same? (By the way, I've noticed Hubsch and Hiebsch are also used interchangeably.)

1.) Marriage date of Hans Walter and Elisabeth Lobel shown towards the bottom of the page.

The record starts "Ittem ist diesen Tag" which means the date is the same as the one above, which is "18 dito" which refers further up for the month November, so the marriage date is 18 November 1736.

2.) Residences of Hans Walter and Elisabeth Lobel.

At the end of the record, after the sponsors, there is the remark "sämbtl[ich] aus Königswald" (all from Königswald) which I understand to refer also to the spouses.

3.) The residence of Georg (son) and Christoph (father) Ruhr as shown on the marriage record dated November 18. The residence appears to be Hinterlassen(?) but I'm unable to confirm the village through www.genteam.at.

"Hinterlassen" means left behind, surviving. Georg is "ehel[ich] hinterlassener Sohn", the legitimate surving son "des seel[igen] Christoph Rührs", of the late Christoph Rühr. All people are "aus der Tüsa(?)", last word before Copulirt.

The name is difficult to read with certainty. I would read it here as Hucke or maybe Hücke (with added -ns as a grammatical ending). I donT think that Hucke and Hiecke can be used interchangeably; this is more probable for Hücke and Hiecke. Note that "u" and "ü" have very different pronuciation in German, the "ü" is closer to "i" than to "u". (German is my mother tongue.)
