Hello, looking for a transcription of this christening record whom I believe is Anna Elisabetha Lahm in Münster, Friedberg, Hessen-Darmstadt (right side of page). My gratitude!

In the year of our Lord 1853 on the 28th of March near 2 o'clock in the morning, according to credible certification by the Lutheran pastor Bogen from Boston in North America and credible notification there by Johannes Lahm, citizen and passenger in Münster, was born to his wife Katharina nee Becker, the third child, the third daughter, and was baptized there on the 3rd of April, when she received the names Anna Elisabetha.
Godparents were 1) Anna Elisabetha Kuhl, the citizen and passenger Heinrich Kuhl's legitimate unmarried daughter of Münster, 2) Katharina Mattheis from Gambach, 3) [can't read] Becker, legitimate unmarries son of Christoph Becker, citizen and famer in Münster, who was represented by the above-mentioned Heinrich Kuhl, who, with the first godmother, the father of the child, and me the pastor, have signed this present recorded protocol.

Thank you very much - but I'm not sure I understand. Anna Elisabetha was born in Boston? Why would they enter her birth in the Münster records?

Yes, this was confusing to me as well. The word "Landgänger," used both for the father and one of the witnesses. means "someone who goes ashore," i.e. passenger on a ship. Do you have any idea why they might have gone to Boston? Since you have the name of the Lutheran minister in Boston, you might want to check and see if the birth is recorded there as well.
It's possible the birth was recorded in Münster after they returned from a trip, or that someone in Boston - the father or the pastor - wrote to the parish in Münster to make sure the birth was recorded.
It's difficult to tell from the two-page image you posted as to whether the date is sequential in the birth register. But the entry on the left-hand page is for a birth in St. Petersburg in May 1853. So other foreign births were being recorded here as well.

No Kuhl or Lahm are listed in the Boston City Directory for 1852-1854, so they must not have been living there.
According to FamilySearch https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Boston,_Suffolk_County,_Massachusetts_Genealogy (#73 of the list of churches, about 3/4 down the page), the location of the church records is unknown.

Im Jahre Christi Achtzehnhundert und drei und fünfzig am acht und
zwanzigsten März Morgens gegen zwei Uhr wurde nach glaub-
hafte Bescheinigung des lutherischen Pfarrers Bogen zu Boston
in Nordamerika und glaubhafter Anzeige daselbst dem Johan-
nes Lahm Ortsbürger und Landgänger zu Münster von
seiner Ehefrau Katharina, einer geborene Becker,
das dritte Kind, die dritte Tochter geboren und am dritten
April daselbst getauft, wobei sie die Namen Anna Elisa-
betha erhielt.
Pathen waren 1) Anna Elisabetha Kuhl, des Ortsbürgers und
Landgängers Heinrich Kuhl zu Münster eheliche ledige Tochter,
2) Katharina Mattheis aus Gambach, 3) [canät read] Becker des
Christoph Becker Ortsbürgers und Ackermanns zu Münster ehelich
lediger Sohn, dessen Stelle vertrat der obengenannte Heinrich Kuhl,
