Help with translation Please

I am trying to find the marriage of Josef Babinsky. Could someone help me translate this record.

Here's as much as I can make out from this record, by column -

Date - 25 May 1819

House Number - 4

Groom Name etc. - Joseph Babinsky, lordly farmer and gardener in Kottomirsch #31, Lobositz subject; Catholic, age 51, widower

Bride name etc. - Maria Eva, legitimate daughter of [Vincens?] and Maria Eva [can't read], pensioners in Kottomirsch #4, Lobositz subject; Catholic, age 41, never married

Witnesses - Anton [Wanscher?] master miller in [can't read], Stephan Babinsky, gardener in [can't read]

And also, here's a link to the cadastral map from the 1840's in Bohemia. The map below has two red arrows - one points to house #31 (in grey to denote house number) where Joseph lived, the other points to field #31 (in red to denote field number) where he could farm. For some reason I cannot find house #4 - perhaps you'll have better luck than I when you open this link.
